Kathleen Farmer Lepley PhD, is a psychoeducational diagnostician in private practice working with children, adolescents and adults to help facilitate their best educational, emotional and athletic potential. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (BS), George Mason University (MEd), and LaSalle University (PhD) Cum Laude.

Kathy founded Strides Beyond Educational Services in 1999 with a vision of providing quality psychological and educational diagnostic services. A focal point of each evaluation profile is individualized, realistic school and home intervention plans based on the diagnostic findings.

Mother of two daughters, Kathy and her family have lived abroad offering unique opportunities to work with and serve on several international institutions and boards. Currently, in addition to her diagnostic practice, she serves as a member of the Executive Committee of her local Community Service Board, a federal and state advocacy representative for the Council of Exceptional Children (CEC), the Director of Exceptional Proficiency for the Foxcroft School located in Middleburg, VA, a member of the Board of Directors of NoteBusters for DC Public Schools and as a consultant to several educational institutions throughout the United States.
